Becky & Dan’s Wedding day
Peckham & Brixton, London
Where do we begin with THIS WEDDING?!! Everything about this gorgeous couple, from the venues they chose (yes both of them), the music Becky walked in to, the flowers, THE DRESS, the friends and family and of course, the party, just oozed their fun yet laid back vibes.
The ceremony took place at The Asylum (which is every wedding photographers dream)! It has the most beautiful natural light streaming in through the stained-glass windows and is just the right side of run-down chic to look very very cool! The rows were lined with palm leaves and Becky’s bouquet was an insanely colourful, tropical delight. There was a brilliantly adapted Fresh Price of Bel Air rap performed by the groom’s sister which had everyone in stitches and the couple danced their way back down the aisle, clearly on cloud nine.
After drinks and live music the guests took any remaining prosecco bottles on to the open topped route master bus as everyone made their way to POP Brixton, a lively space in the heart of Brixton. We managed to prise Becky and Dan away from the drinks to take a walk down the main market street where all eyes were definitely on them!
The guests drank rum punch, listened to heart warming speeches and we left them all dancing the night away. It was an absolute treat to photograph the day of these two wonderful people.
